1970s SMOKEY BEAR 16" by KNICKERBOCKER VGC with original box

sitting SMOKEY BEAR by KINICKERBOCKER approx. 16 inches tall. Looks to date from the 1970s but has no dates on bear or box. Bear is in nice condition and appears to never have been displayed. Original box has a had been taped in several places and has had a piece of clear plastic taped over the front but colors are nice.
