New with tags in excellent condition
This toy has been maintained well. The toy's paper tag was placed in a tag protector in 1999 when the toy was purchased. It has been stored in a dark plastic bin for the past 20 years. There is minor bending of the card in the protector, and no visible wear on the Pikachu toy. Smoke-free home. Candy not included.
